I love these little curtains — they’re quick to make and I had all the materials in my stash (two cloth napkins, a double handful of assorted black buttons, and fabric glue) so I didn’t have to make a trip to the store or spend any money on this one. And I like the loops… they were fun to do some button-ing with.

Melissa posted about the lovely book signing for A Handmade Life at Powell’s tonight, and I wish I could go, but Michaela and Jennifer are making a crafty pilgrimage down from Seattle to have dinner and craft night with me, Diane and Lee. We never get to be in the same place at once, so I am really looking forward to it!
